Reservation and Payment Conditions

1. Room reservations are binding for both parties when a VISA or MASTERCARD card number and expiry date has been used to guarantee a room, thereby giving the hotel the right to collect payment

2. For the hotel’s part, every reservation must be confirmed with a room number and reconfirmation of the period of reservation and price of the room. The confirmation of the period of the reservation and price of the room. The confirmation can be made by telephone, fax or e-mail.

3. Should the reservation be cancelled by the guests less then 7 days (one week) before the start of the proposed visit, a cancellation fee equivalent to one’s night’s charge will be levied. This sum will be collected from the stated credit card.

4. If a visitor does not turn up at the hotel or leaves before the end of the reserved booking, without letting us know in advance, and it is not possible to relent the room at short notice, a sum equivalent to the booking charge for the whole period is due for payment. If the guest nominates a replacement visitor, this fee will not apply and the appropriate charges or any repayments due will be made to the credit card account.

5. The guest acknowledges when giving his credit card data to the hotel Villa Mansland that the conditions of booking and reservation are legally binding.

6. Similarity, the Hotel Villa Mansland acknowledges that it is likewise legally bound by the provisions and conditions for a confirmed reservation and will pay compensation should the room not be available: Force majeur is excluded.
