Metro:
Take the red line C northbound to the final stop LADVI. Outside the station, turn left, facing the tram line and follow the main road for about 250 yards. Cross the road and you will soon see the Villa on your right –opposite the tall blue and white apartment building at Štěpničná 9-11. Tram:
Daytime – take tram no. 10, 17 or 24 towards stop Štěpničná. Get off and cross the road. There you will see a white, two floor building which is Villa Mansland.
During the night: take night-tram no. 53. to the stop Štěpničná. Bus:
Lines 103, 134, 145, 156, 186, 187, 345 to the stop Štěpničná. There you will see a white, two floor building which is Villa Mansland. Taxi:
We fully recommend that you always use Stefan the hotel driver (+420 603 210 854). Journeys from or into town will cost you 250 Czech crowns, half the usual cost of Prague taxis, and much less than many rogue drivers charge. You can book him at the bar. If Stefan is not available, please use a reliable company such as Halo Taxi (English spoken) tel: +420 244 114 411. City Taxi & AAA are other reliable taxi firms often seen in the centre. Please avoid using taxis standing in Wenceslas Square unless they belong to these companies. Mainstation, Holešovice and bus station Florenc:
(5 stops – trains from Nuremberg/ Munich/ West Germany) & Holesovice Station (2 stops – trains from Bremen, Hamburg, Berlin, Dresden and Vienna): all are served by the C metro line which brings you direct to the terminus in LADVI close to the hotel. See directions above. Airport Praha (RUZYNĚ):

Very easy. On approaching Prague, take the 1st exit “Kobylisy”. At the lights on the exit road, turn right, leaving the Kaufland supermarket and a tall obelisk on your left. Drive on for 300 metres, to a disused tram-stop and turn left into our street Štěpničná. You can park in our yard. You will have already spotted the big white house (nos. 9 & 11) from some distance away. By car from: Nürnberg – Amberg – Plzeň – Praha a Wien – Bratislava – Brno – Praha:
Motorway takes you to the Central Station in the centre via the National Museum and Wenceslas Square, both on your left. Then continue past the Hilton, cross the bridge and then sharp right towards Teplice (clearly signposted, Motorway 8). 4km later there’s an AGIP garage. At first exit after that, follow signs to DABLICE/ PROSEK & turn left) on your right is the Hotel DUO). Drive on past two further sets of traffic lights, passing the Kaufland Hypermarket and a tall obelisk on your left. Drive on to the disused tram stop marked by a red and white fence, about 450 metres altogether, cross the tracks and go back in the direction you came from for about 20 metres then immediately right into Štěpničná Street. Almost immediately on your right is number 9/11. You can park your car in the hotel yard. You will already have spotted the large, two-floored, white semi-detached villa on the approach road.
